British Pop 하면 떠오르는 그룹 Oasis

그룹의 기타리스트이자 보컬인 노먼 갤러거가 최근 그룹 탈퇴를 선언했다.

같은 그룹의 보컬인 동생 리암의 언어 폭력이 그 이유이다.  

활동기간 중 갤러거 형제들의 악동적인 언행이 타블로이드 신문을 연일 장식했다고 하니

일방적인 언어 폭력인 지는 잘 모르겠지만  아무튼 안타까운 일이다.

음악을 위해 지난 18년간 그룹을 지켜온 노먼의 인내에 박수를 보낸다.

내가 좋아하는 그의 대표곡 - 영국민 대부분이 CD를 갖고 있고 제 2의 영국 국가라고 불리기도 하는 - Don't Look Back in Anger

제목이 내게는 웬지 문학적으로 다가왔고 연극 제목처럼 느껴졌다..^^  

아이러닉하지만 떠나는 노엘에게 아마도 어울리는 제목 같기도 하다.    -  JH
